What makes W2TN™ different from other advertising/marketing mediums? W2TN™ is a customized, personalized greeting service, with a creative and professional flair. While other services blanket an area with mail pieces and hope a small percentage opens their mailer, W2TN™ limits its deliveries to only new consumers in the community. Other services are lucky to achieve .5-1% returns with most of the returns being already current customers. Studies show that if you hand someone a gift and tell them something about your business they tend to remember it better.  You can opt to place an display ad in our directory for the same exposure.

What is the online directory and why is it important to my business? The Business Directory is an online search tool that allows newcomers/new homeowners to locate W2TN™  partners in the neighborhood. Visitors to our Web site can search to get a list of local businesses. They can find those of interest to get more information, even print out a Special Offer. W2TN™  partners are automatically included in the Business Directory, exposing an additional source of potential customers . You can visit the Business Directory page now.

Today, almost 60% of all consumers involved in the moving use the internet to research information, including properties, communities, businesses and services.

How will I know who receives my information?  Participation in our online program allows our clients to track who was recently visited in that month. You can receive a username and password and download your reports as often as you like.  There is an additional fee for online access.  Use the database to send additional mailers, print labels, thank you notes, etc. To maximize on the best response from these new prospects, we encourage our welcome partners to follow up with a direct mail campaign. What is the typical return on investment when using W2TN™? Research indicates that approximately 8 to 25% of new residents redeem offers they receive in the mail. Based on statistics and our own experience, if a client greets new residents in a particular area where 100 new residents arrive monthly, then they could expect approximately 10 of these new residents to redeem their offers or 10%, conservatively. High quality businesses who prove themselves during this initial introduction will likely be able to keep a large percentage of new monthly customers as loyal patrons who buy products and services regularly.

What are my payment options?  We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Checks. You may also choose to pre-pay your contract in full at the time of signing, by check or credit card.

Can I change the offer?  Special Offers can be changed by written request to info@w2tn.com. You are entitled to one change per contract term. Any additional changes will incur a fee of $20 and your account must be current.

Can I receive a proof of my advertisement?  Yes.  All display ads receive a proof if we layout and design the ad.  Every advertiser receives a copy of the directory once it is published.

How do I download my distribution list?  Go to Client Login and enter your username and password.  Select the date range you want, select Submit.  You can export the report into Excel by selecting the "Export to Excel" link. Use the data to do a mail merge, create labels, form letters and envelopes.
